Ray Gooding will join Newcastle Utd academy staff come this Saturday.
The former midlands coach will now play a big role where he will oversee the introduction of football community programme in school and also recruitment of 8 till 11 year olds for the Newcastle Academy.
Gooding left Coventry City where he discovered players like Gary McSheffrey, Calum Davenport and Chris Kirkland.
He will be joined with Richard Money and with fans belving the timing of this appoiintment is not ideal ..... we can now more new faces, mostly not Tynesiders, be introduced in Newcastle Utd new management system.
